MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDING MEMBER
As you may know, in New Zealand, a school Board is responsible for overseeing the educational achievement of all ākonga. The TIS Board is provided with mid-year achievement data and again early in the following year, the previous year's end of year achievement data to keep us up-to-date on this aspect. The achievement data is always fascinating to read and digest, however it is very number heavy so takes some brain power! Helpfully, our leadership team have created (with the help of AI) podcasts for the Board to more easily digest this information. We thought you, our whānau and community, may also be interested in this. Helpfully, it offers a simple explanation of the new achievement terms.
